Chemical Process Pumps

Leveraging on our expertise, we manufacture and fabricate quality Chemical Process Pumps. Our range of pumps find a wide application in chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizers, oil refineries, paper mills, sugar mills, dairy, pesticides, pharmaceutical industries and steel plants. Apart from manufacturing, we also provide fabrication services to our clients. Depending on the nature of the liquid to be handled, we accordingly seal and pack the product. Our range of chemical pumps are widely known for high performance and reliability. The varied specifications of the product are as follows:

  • Metallic: SS-316
  • Alloy: 20, Ni-Hard
  • Non Metallic : Impervious Graphite & Polypropylene

bShaft Sealing :

1. Gland Packing.
2. Mechanical Bellow Seal with Tungsten Carbide / Glass Filled Teflon
   ( for clear liquid.)
3. Dry Lock special Hydraulic Seal :- for continuous circulation & for solid
( Abrasives ) particles mixed with liquids.

Advantages of Dry Lock :-

Dry Lock Special Hydraulic shaft seal arrangements.
1. Designed to prevent shaft leakage while running as the pump has expeller.
The impeller and expeller rotate together during operation creating a hydraulic
seal that keeps liquid away from the shaft.

2. Static seal prevents leakages while the pump is shut down.
3. The Pumps can be run dry without damaging internal parts and seal faces.

Application :- FOR IMPERVIOUS GRAPHITE PUMPS.

Highly corrosive liquids at Temperature up to 180 C ( e.g. H2SO4, HCI, CTC, Ethyl Methyl Chlorides,
Sodium Chloride, Sulphuric Hydrochloride, Hydro Fluoric Acid, Hydro Bromic Acid & etc. )

Material Selection : MANGESH 's Staff has the expertise and experience to make the material recommendations may be in Metallic or Non - Metallic.

We are also in position to supply Vertical Pumps of same capacity as Horizontal Pumps.

Advantages of Vertical Pumps :

a.  Seal less application.
b.  No priming required.
c.  No Extra Space required (as mounted on the manhole or on the open tank.)
